I was hugely excited to score this beautiful, intriguing piece at claiming, and that was just the beginning. beelikej and I exchanged many emails as the story developed, exploring the concept that her art had given me, exchanging opinions and thoughts in an open and supportive dialogue. She re-created and evolved the original piece for the banner, created a second full-size piece, and also furnished chapter headers, dividers, and icons, all of them beautifully tied into the original art. I am enormously grateful to her creativity and her friendship both, all of which fueled this story. Thank you so, so much!!!
