In the Special Zone I was able to escape the noise of the day dwellers. Now, as I sit here reclining, the I realize that this is impossible. In this city there is too much noise for one to handle, and it's grown to the point where I wish it to stop. I'm strong enough to keep a city this large blazing, but I'm not stupid enough to do it myself.

This certainly isn’t my home, and certainly isn’t the Special Zone. The number of vampires here is too small for the Special Zone.
