UCC Cafe at Corinthian HIlls

As I was transferring pictures from my camera to my laptop, I found this batch of photos that I'd forgotten about - breakfast at the new UCC Cafe in Corinthian Hills during my last vacation in Manila. yeah UCC Corinthian Hills is very convenient.. but my only problem with it is some of the stuff that are available in other branches (like gratins) are not available in this branch because its only a coffee shop (accdg to our server). Cliffhanger sandwich yum

I've only been there for breakfast so I don't know what the food is during other times.

What is Pork Floss? It looks like chicharon.

Pork floss is dried shredded pork. It's slightly sweet. :)

the food doesnt look that great.. should have ordered french toast :D I like the sugar crystals though.. i eat that alone when im there haha
