Everyone is entitled to a certain number of emo journal entries

and I'm taking one of mine. So feel free to skip this if you are like me and get irritated when people post entries full of winning and personal problems. Hypocritical? Perhaps. But somehow venting my problems to a greater "someone" makes me feel better, even if there isn't anyone actually receiving it ( Read more... )

I understand. I've been here for a semester now, and I know I haven't found a community to belong to. It'll happen, or it won't, and there's more to life after college. Finding a community is such a complete chance, you never know where or when it'll happen. Just keep being open to new people and new experiences.

And everybody deserves an emo post now and again.

Out of curiosity, has anyone in our group really found a nieche? From what I've heard, most of us have more friendly aquantiences than friends friends, but that could just be me.

yeah i totally understand. i haven't found a niche either, i mean i've met nice people but we're still just acquaintances. It's still pretty lonely and i toally know how ya feel. i'd say our little group of friends is the only thing i really miss about high school.
