Oh my.

I worked at CVS for 5 years. Grab one of their "person to person" letters, fill it out (use details!) and mail it in and I bet you'll get some results.

The letters are generally in a stand by the front door or at the register. If they dont have them sitting out somewhere...ask for one! They go directly to the president of the company and they take them VERY seriously.

The CVS on Park and Pleasant, right? I worked there for 5.5 years, starting in high school and ending when I left for UMass Amherst to start my second age of college.

The pharmacy closes at 530 now? WTF? When I was there, it was 9 to 9, just like the store.
The same thing happened to us with the one on Lincoln Street. Closed way before the store itself did. We did a bunch of WTFs between us, and left.

We get our scripts filled through Fallon Clinic, since they're allied with CVS now. It's less hassle. Try them next time.

It was the one on Park & Pleasant. In college I was held up at gunpoint walking out of their store one night, so I probably shouldn't go back there, but it was midday....

anyway, it was just SO aggrevating because I went to get it when THEY said it would be ready and then when I returned for the SECOND time, 4 minutes after their "closing" he was a complete asshat. And seriously, I could SEE my prescription and that the cash register wasn't closed down. It would have been MUCH easier to just be like, "well, it was our fault we weren't ready when we said we would be, thanks for coming back, here's your pills"

But no, he had to get me mad. ***GGRRRRR firey wrath of Beth***

I'm going back to the Walgreens on Chandler & Park..even though it's sketchy, they've always been ready when they say they will be..
