Good artwork but I gotta be honest with you. There's not one feature on this girl that reminds me of Roy in any way so, to me, she looks like any random female officer in semi military dress. I'm not flaming you in any way but if I didn't know this was supposed to be Roy, I would not be able to tell. sorry.

No that's fine, I thought some people wouldn't really like the design. ^^; I just had fun messing around with the outfit. Unfortunately I didn't really draw the hands in a good way to show the gloves. X.x; I did play around with keeping the short hair but I wanted to have fun with it and deviate more from the norm.
