I must admit, the circumstances of this war seem most odd. We are plucked from our respective realities with no concern for personal or universal affairs of our own, and dragged here ( Read more... )

I am Doctor Finitevus. With whom am I speaking, and am I to assume you know the Grandmaster, then?

It's a bit too late to worry about stuff like that.

The facts are that we're here and they'll do with us what they want. Plain and simple.

It's never too late to question, never too late to learn.

If we never questioned anything, then there wouldn't be much to existence, now would there?

Alright. Say you learned the answers to all your questions.

What good would it do you? It won't get you out of here, will it?

You never know. The answers you get are not always the ones you seek, and not every answer applies only to one question.

Who knows what they're thinking. It's obvious the ones in charge are incompetent.

What an... interesting surprise.

You may find the children to be much stronger than you imagine.

If you must train, do so with one from here. I am sure you won't be at all hard pressed to find someone to show you how to fight!

I have no doubts about it.

I am far from a weakling as a warrior, but at heart I am a scientist.

I am Doctor Finitevus for a reason.

Econtra has many surprises.

I see. I apologise for offending you then.

Nice to meet you, Doctor.

Oh, agreed. I look forward to seeing the next batch of surprises waiting.

No offense taken at all. You didn't know, so how could you have done aught but guess?

A pleasure. Might I ask your name?

I have to agree with you about the children that were brought here, but atleast they're not real young. But a war zones no place for a child really.

As for training, several around here are organizing their own training sessions, or offering to train people who want it...

So I understood. Such was not my question, however.

Greetings. I am Doctor Finitevus.

Yes, I do agree about the lack of official training, it's almost like we've been left to our devices. I missed the last battle by weeks, I believe, but it seem like people would of atleast taken from that, that teamwork is key.

Ah, yes, I'm Leonardo, nice to meet you Doctor Finitevus.

Indeed, Leonardo. Have read Kragok's Legion Log, and the other entries relevant to the attacks.

I believe, working with the other technically minded residents of this compound, we can create a device capable of leveling the playing field against these Entropi.
