Since yesterday, life has been, well it has been fun. Between confrontations with my daughter yesterday and the joy that has been this morning, I'm already out of spoons and I haven't been up two hours yet ( Read more... )

Yes, agreed. However, a Mental Health Day usually entails me staying home from work but since I'm already at home, it becomes more difficult to decide what a Mental Health Day is. If I were employed outside the home, a MHD would be staying home and doing housework, which I actually enjoy. But now that I am always home, I do that daily anyway. Hence the question of how to decide what a MHD means under those circumstances.

I went walkabout for two and a half hours and that helped. Came home to have breakfast at 11:00. If the weather holds, I'm definitely going to garden. Being outside is the key today.
