Howard just accepted a lateral job offer from within the company he works for. Salary will be the same and will include the new year's raise. So no decrease in money and vacation stays the same. The big deal is it is a work from home position and involves doing what he really is good at and enjoys. We will be saving oodles of money on tolls and gas
