Back in the saddle again

It's been well over two months since I last got on my treadmill. I had slacked a bit before September 11 but I have not gotten on once since then. I keep meaning to but really I lack the motivation to do much of anything. Yesterday I found out I will be running in Louisville, Kentucky for the Olympic torch relay and that my date is December 6th.

Oh, man!, do I know how you feel! Sometimes running feels a lot like beating my head against a wall, only not as much fun...

I have to keep reminding myself that the only certain way to fail is to quit trying...
