Reconnecting with the sea's energy

I've always been a water lover. When I was a child, I'd spent hot summer days in the bath tub, playing with my water toys. I enjoy swimming or hanging out in a pool but I really enjoy the beach. Liam was also a beach lover but he was of the wave jumping variety while I prefer to walk and collect things. Today I came home with a bag full of shells

Yay for sea energy. I need to reconnect with it regularly myself - preferably on the island my grandparents used to take me to, but if I can't get there, any bit of coast or dock helps.
