VOTE FOR HIRO

For once, it's a guy you can rely on. If you care for anything, even the well being of your friends, and I think most people who are decent do, go vote for him. He will do everything in his power to manage things in a really good way. I know he will. I'm speaking as a friend, nothing fancy here, but I'm serious. You think your vote ( Read more... )

Well....

But what if the other guy is decent too?

Not saying he isn't but from what I've seen on the network I'm willing to go with Hiro, not only because he's nice but because he has a lot of experience with people, on a lot of levels.

Well. I'll keep Hiro in mind.

By the way, did you know we're neighbors?

Do what you want. I'm not going to make anyone do anything. I just wanted to get my input out there. People seem to think he's unqualified.

I hate when people---

No...since when?

And I'm actually serious about that too. I want people to vote for him. I think he'd be the first good warden in a long time.

I liked the seriousness of it all. People keep saying that it doesn't matter if we vote or not, or asking why it's important for us to vote or elect someone who cares. I feel like that question answers itself without much effort, especially in a place like this. If only Nathan could see him now.

A good friend of mine and a good person. In addition to that, he's capable, persevering, reliable, and a number of other things that are good for a person to have, especially when they're running for a position of power.

Hiro Nakamura. He also likes waffles, big plus in my book.

So am I lazy if I don't vote because I think my vote doesn't count or if I just don't vote at all? This is a very important question. I need to know my status.

You're lazy if you don't vote. If you think your vote doesn't count but you still vote, then you're not lazy. You're just being crushed by society's tendency to tell you Your Vote Doesn't Actually Count.

When it does.

Ah, I get it now.

What about being crushed by society's tendency to tell me that I should know who I'm voting for first before I actually do it?

They both have platforms up now, so if we're going by as much as we usually know about our options, then those are what we can manage? Also there's the posts so far on the network about the candidates. I mean, different ones...not just mine.

Mine's really plain and I don't have a lot to explain that he didn't say already, and better.
