VOTE FOR HIRO

For once, it's a guy you can rely on. If you care for anything, even the well being of your friends, and I think most people who are decent do, go vote for him. He will do everything in his power to manage things in a really good way. I know he will. I'm speaking as a friend, nothing fancy here, but I'm serious. You think your vote ( Read more... )

So am I lazy if I don't vote because I think my vote doesn't count or if I just don't vote at all? This is a very important question. I need to know my status.

You're lazy if you don't vote. If you think your vote doesn't count but you still vote, then you're not lazy. You're just being crushed by society's tendency to tell you Your Vote Doesn't Actually Count.

When it does.

Ah, I get it now.

What about being crushed by society's tendency to tell me that I should know who I'm voting for first before I actually do it?

They both have platforms up now, so if we're going by as much as we usually know about our options, then those are what we can manage? Also there's the posts so far on the network about the candidates. I mean, different ones...not just mine.

Mine's really plain and I don't have a lot to explain that he didn't say already, and better.

I know, I saw them. But that could all be politic speak. Have either of them actually done the job before? Anything close to it?

I don't know about the other guy. I think being Warden before doesn't mean much of anything, but that's just me. How do you break into something for the first time, and in a place like this?

Hiro is strong, has a good heart, good resolve, and thinks in the best interest of the people. He wants to do good and is willing to go the extra mile to actually make it happen.

I think that means a lot, especially here.

Yeah, but it would be nice to know if the guy can hold up to pressure, you know? I wouldn't want to vote for either one of them and realize that they cave from being in the public eye.

Nothing against Hiro. I don't know him, but you know how politicians go.

He can handle the pressure. You wouldn't know, not knowing what he's been through, everything he's done, but that's not my story to tell.

He's not a politician. He's better than that.
