I know that might sound like a dumb question, considering the movies listed in this community are rarely ever 'bad' movies. It just looks a lot like Kids, which I didn't like.

What do you think of this movie?

well, i'd say that it's a lot like kids (same director, same screenwriter), only more explicit. i liked ken park more than kids, it's not as depressing and is more interesting character-wise, but the two are a lot alike. if you can find it, i'd say go for it, it's only losing 90 minutes at the worst.

you did a great work. but this movie's more impudent than the shots you took, so in the movie's context they look rather innocent than I expected:)

oh, i just thought you were being a jerk (based on the other reactions i've gotten so far) - sorry about that! i did leave all the more explicit stuff out, i guess i just thought it's better seen in the film than stillwise (although that did mean i had to cut out some really good ones, especially the masturbation scene). thanks for your comment, sorry for jumping on you so quickly.

fuck the haters. i think this movie is good. i don't think it's larry clark's best movie (that would be "bully") but i like some elements about it. i think it was a tad too ambitious at times, and other times really explicit for no reason, but i like the themes it explored and the way it was shot. it's a gorgeous-looking movie.
