Between my provider having very good Spam filtering and native spam filtering, I don't see any. Everyone couple of weeks some new format will come out and slip past the filters, but they are smart and learn fast and soon, blessedly devoid of spam for awhile.
I'm lucky. My ISP just performed a major server upgrade about a month ago and what was almost 60 spams a day has dropped to about 3 or 4. After months and months of perhaps a 10% signal to noise ration, I actually get more signal than noise now!
I'm moving all my sites to a new host. Yesterday at around 5:00 am the DNS transfer for fidim.com went through. Around noon I logged in to check my email. I had almost FIVE THOUSAND email messages- all but 7 of which were spam.
That email account was set up as a catch-all (which I immediately disabled) so I was getting all the V!@g'ra ads that were going to constantine@fidim.com and other bogus addresses.

"MaxPassion - Vibrating CockRing!"
That one made me flinch.
"Blow your mind -- smoke gunpowder"
That is a Darwin Award waiting to happen.
"bigamy rigidity"
For some reason, I am amused to see such vocabulary words in a junk mail subject line.
