After the battle, Lenalee doesn't want to be alone with her thoughts.

Warnings: Going to immediately be made AU. Spoilers up to current chapters. Strange, possibly unorthodox het pairings. Cowardice is called into question, rudeness is attempted and failed, and there is a tiny bit of brother-obsession.

this was really well-written. I especially love the line "a scowl lurk[ed] at the edge of his features -- any misstep now and it would bloom across his face like an unfriendly flower."

that's really well written. I actually wanted to try a doujin which has about the same story, except I scraped it and decided to do something else if I can ever get myself to start - -;;;

but either way, great job on this. Hope to see you write more 8)
