Obviously no one can say definitively whether Zimmerman was or is a KKK racist. There isn't that level of evidence. But to not acknowledge how different the investigation would have gone had Martin not been black is utter foolishness to me.

I think it's pretty clear that the law is applied discriminately... Not just in this case, but in general.

Why wasn't Zimmerman arrested? Many different responses to that.

Would he have been arrested if he'd been black and had shot and killed an unarmed white boy in a hoodie?

Yeah, for *serious*. How can something *so* important as race, something that's defining people in some way every day of life, be *needless*. Let alone some sort of artificially *injected*. It's *already damn there*, it doesn't *need* any injecting.

All my rage for folks who think that way, and are yet unashamed to persuade others that it's the ~only truu way~ of thinking that gets the humankind some enlightement.
