So as you may or may not know, I've been working like a dog, bucking for a promotion. In June, I've stepped what I had to do. I took on two teams. I acted as OM (Operations Manager) while mine was on vacation. I was in high-level meetings. I volunteered for way too many things and once I realized it, backed off of some of them because I know that
