So I had my first weigh in at Curves. I lost a pound in a half and 4.25 inches!!!!! I know it isn't alot but it is fine. I know I was slacking on the diet end. But when you spend all of your life eating like shit and then change it is hard. Oh well I am fine with my result.

Well Friday made a week at Curves. I love it and I think I am going to see results. I am feeling it in my body that it is working. I can't wait to see how well it is working. I am not doing as well as I want on my diet but I will soon be there. I do fine during the week it is the weekend that is impossible. Oh well it takes baby steps I guess.
