Tonks heard the door unlock, and hesitantly walked over to it- as she shone her light in that direction. When she saw Luna’s face, Tonks grinned and gave Luna a small wave, while putting out her light. “Nox”. She then walked into the office as quickly as she could, while putting her wand into a pocket. “Hello Luna ( ... )

“I can work out the complications of creating the wind… I was already thinking up what books to look into for some research. My Mum has a nice collection to work with-they’ve helped in the past on some creative endeavors. But I’d imagine, the storms, they’d be as big as I could make them- say… if you are… well liking the storm idea- and something with the ink- as in a hex? That’d be brilliant! What could we do, to the ink? Can we lace it with flesh eating slime and let it bore holes into her skin, with the shapes of the words?” Tonks was looking more eager and excited as she talked, using her hands to make gestures and wiggling on her bum.

That smacked too much of events in her Hogwarts days that she rather not relive. No, they needed something less sadistic.

"Leaving words on her skin, yes," Luna said, "But without the flesh-eating slime. I'm thinking more along the lines of charming the ink to leave messages all over her." Like tattoos... but with more magic.

Tonks gave Luna a puzzled look for a moment, considering her question. “Well, I don’t think a storm made of purely wind will, but add in the pamphlets and the noise caplets, and it’ll sound pretty crazy in the hag’s office, that’s for certain!” Tonks chuckled as she imagined the commotion it would cause. Especially against Rita. Why it'd sound highly creative, exploding noises against loads of flapping papers. Tonks wished she'd be able to witness the sight first hand, if it was even possible ( ... )
