Then Luna said something that snapped Tonks back into the reality of their planning, and made her jolt on the spot.
“Tattoos?! A Tattoo, of words?! Our words?! Merlin’s beard! Luna that is probably the most fantastic idea I’ve ever heard! The ink will have to be very strong, not able to come off with the best of potions and counter-curses! Would such a thing be possible? I wouldn’t know how to work out something like that. Do you think… well if I tackle the wind, you can tackle the ink, yes?”
Tonks’ eyes were literally bulging out of their sockets, having grown wide with excitement at the possibility of tattooing Rita Skeeter with words they’d write. Why- it would be an attack of words, just like she had done against Harry, and Ginny, and quite literally as well.
“It’d have to not be able to come out of clothes either,” Tonks added as an after thought, “I’d expect her to not be naked upon receiving this prank.”
