Molly had been upset that she had needed to work late on Valentine's Day, but she had known that Arthur would understand, and now that she was on her way home, she was looking forward to what her husband had planned for the two of them. She had gone shopping for him earlier in the week, though she wasn't planning on giving him his gift until after dinner, as she was starving. As she entered the Burrow, the smells from the kitchen invaded her nostrils, and a smile crossed her face when she realized that Arthur had not only made dinner, but had created a romantic atmosphere as well, complete with candles.

"Arthur, love? What's all this?"

Arthur smiled when he heard his wife enter their house. He was proud of himself, he was actually able to get everything done before she arrived home. He stood and walked towards her, red rose in hand. Once he saw her he leaned over to kiss her, then handed her the rose.

"It's Valentine's Day love, I thought maybe you'd enjoy a nice romantic dinner at home."

She returned his kiss, and offered him a smile as she admired the rose and the atmosphere again. He really was too good to her, and once she had hung her cloak up, she slid her arm around him.

"I know it's Valentine's Day, dear." She replied, moving to kiss his cheek briefly. "A nice romantic dinner here at home sounds lovely, sweetheart. Thank you. It looks like you've really been working hard on this."

His effort didn't really surprise her, as he had always made it a point to make Valentine's Day special, and she hadn't expected anything less from him this year. However, it did look like he had outdone himself, but she was determined to just enjoy the evening.

"Then you know what all this is." He grinned, then sighed contently when she kissed his cheek. He had a feeling this meant that she liked it. He wanted to make this one of the best Valentine's Day she'd ever had.

"I haven't really been working that hard, but I'm glad you appreciate it." He smiled then led her over to the table, "Now you just sit down and let me take care of everything."

Molly ate a few more pieces of bread and ham while she waited for Arthur to go and retrieve her gift, and once he had handed it to her and sat back down, she offered him another smile. She carefully unwrapped the box, and before she opened it, she met his eyes again, noticing that he looked hopeful. She knew there was a very good chance she would like what he had gotten her.

She gasped once she had opened the box, and after running her fingers lightly over the jewelry, she looked back up at him, smiling broadly. "Thank you, Arthur. They're beautiful."

She stood up and walked around to his side of the table to kiss him gently. "These will match my dress."

Arthur smiled proudly when she gasped and smiled. He had chosen well, this was all he wanted to do. "I'm glad you like them!"

He looked at his plate and ate a few more peices of bread and ham, "I know, that why I got it." He smiled, he didn't realize that they would match her dress, but he wasn't going to tell her otherwise.

"Thank you, dear. I'll wear them the next time we go out." She draped an arm over his shoulders, giving him a one-armed hug as she kissed his cheek gently before moving to sit back down and finish her dinner. He had done well, and both the necklace and the earrings were a good match to her emerald green dress.

After she had settled back in her chair, she returned to her dinner, watching him for a few moments. "I'll give you your present later, dear."

"You will?" Arthur smiled then leaned back when she had her arm over his shoulder, she always made gift giving good. He couldn't wait til they went out, he had a feeling they'd be doing it soon just so he could see it.

"That's fine, I just really wanted to give it you." Arthur smiled and reached for a peice of sausage, "Sorry, love. Haven't eaten today."

Molly giggled as she watched her husband, as it was very obvious he was embarrassed. She could only guess at what the gift was, and when she opened it, she blushed as well. Though she had no reservations about dressing specially for her husband, it was completely different when it was him giving her the lingerie. She handled it carefully as she pulled it out of the package, and offered her husband a smile.

"I like it, dear. Did you want me to wear this tonight?"

Arthur cleared his throat, "Yes, because you need to be wearing it for the last part of your gift." He smiled some then nodded, "So how about you change here, and I'll change in the kitchen?"

Molly considered his suggestion for a moment, before she bit her lip and nodded. She wondered what the last part of her gift was, and why she needed to be wearing the lingerie for it, even though she knew that they would end up in bed before the night was over.

"All right, Arthur."

She waited until he had gotten to the kitchen before she stripped to her bra and panties and pulled his gift over her head. Once she had, she made herself comfortable on the sofa again and called back out to her husband.

"I'm ready when you are, dear."

Arthur smiled sheepishly when he entered the room, staring at Molly on the couch. He was wearing the boxers she had gotten him, he scratched his head nervously. His cleared his throat as his ears got redder.

"Ready for the last gift?" He held out his hand to her.
