Caleb's laugh was lost on the wind, making Stella smile and laugh along with him. She had nearly forgotten how much she loved this- as someone who spent most of her time looking at the sky, it should have been no surprise that she loved being up in the sky- but somehow it had been far too long since she'd done this. She pulled them high above Hogsmeade, the village growing smaller and smaller beneath them as Stella lazily turned them in the direction of Hogwarts. Her broom was not moving as quickly as usual with the extra weight, but Stella did not mind in the least. They weren't worried about speed, after all- this was purely for fun ( ... )

She really should have known better than to start teasing Caleb, as he never failed to tease her right back. Stella shivered a bit as his hands curled around her waist, a small moan rising in her throat when he started kissing her neck.

"Well, we best go home then," Stella said a bit breathlessly, drawing back from his very-tempting lips. "I think that if we're going to do some snogging, I'd rather do it someplace where we won't get in trouble," she grinned. As much as she absolutely loved being up here with Caleb, it was far too risky- anyone (student or professor) could come up here at any time, and Stella had no desire to get caught at anything this evening. Instead, she took one of Caleb's hands off of her waist, using it to lead him towards the door.

"Let's go home, love. Then you can get in to as much trouble as you like."

"Yes Professor," Caleb said, lower lip sticking out in to a pout before grinning. In truth, Caleb would have been absolutely mortified if a student, or even worse, another professor were to come upon them. Remus for example. Or even worse, Snape.

"Right, home," Caleb agreed, interlacing his fingers with Stella's and following her back to her room. He looked at the open door to her bedroom and memories of the night they spent there came rushing back to him. "I so love your bedroom," he said, a dreamy smile on his face.

There was a moment when Stella was tempted to suggest that they just stay here- after all, they had spent a rather amazing and memorable night in her bed here over the summer. Still, there was a big difference between being here with Caleb in the summer when the castle was empty, and now when there were hundreds of people living here.

"I know you do," Stella smiled, squeezing his hand and leading him over to the fireplace. "But I love our bedroom at home, too."

She reached up to a jar on the mantle, throwing a handful of Floo powder into the fireplace and stepping in once the flames flashed emerald. She wasn't sure if Caleb had ever Flooed to their flat, so she made sure he was listening when she spoke the address- the last thing she wanted was him getting out of the wrong fireplace!

She spun for a few moments before stepping out into their front room, brushing ashes off of her cloak and hair as she waited for Caleb.

Caleb stumbled out of the fireplace, shaking his head to clear the dizzy feeling he always got when flooing. It might have been convenient, but there was nothing pleasant about traveling by floo. "You'd think after all this time they'd find a way to make it all less spinny," he groused, brushing soot from his clothes.

He bent over, shaking any residual soot from his hair before standing upright and smiling at Stella. "Thank you," he told her again, closing the distance between them to kiss her softly. "Tonight was brilliant."

"You're welcome," Stella replied softly, smiling up at Caleb. "We definitely need to do that again sometime." She'd decided that she needed to buy Caleb a broom for Christmas the moment she'd heard his whoop of joy when they'd taken off from Hogsmeade.

Stella undid the clasp on her cloak, laying it over the nearby chair, glancing up at Caleb with a sparkle in her eyes.

"Now, I believe there was some talk about snogging? And possibly getting in trouble?" She asked as innocently as possible, though she was sure that her grin was giving her away completely.

"Oh I don't know," he said, stretching and yawning dramatically. "It's been a very long night, I might just be too tired," he said, a teasing smile on his face. "Honestly love, you really are insatiable. I don't know how I'm ever going to survive all of your baser instincts," he said, sighing. "But I'll do my best," he told her, winking.

With that, he picked her up and put her over his shoulder, heading for the bedroom. Caleb couldn't say why he enjoyed doing so, but he did. Perhaps it was Stella's inevitable laugh and protest, or maybe it was just some inner need he had to 'drag her back to the cave' as it were. Either way, unless Stella told him outright not carry her off that way, he had no intention of stopping.

Truthfully, the only thing Stella was insatiable about was being near Caleb. It really didn't matter what they were doing- she just loved being with him, being close to him. Now, she was never going to complain about being wrapped up in his arms, or kissing him, or... other things, but still! She teased him because she loved when he teased her in return, she loved how beautiful she felt when he looked at her. And, yes, she did love when he would throw her over his shoulder, as much as she yelled and protested.

When he finally did fling her down onto the bed, Stella giggled, looking up at him. "Well, now you are in trouble," she laughed, reaching up for his hands. "Throwing people down on beds is not exactly proper, now is it?"
