Hannah had tried to put out feelers for the final round of the playoffs to see if anyone wanted to accompany her and hadn't had any luck. She was very pleasantly surprised when Seamus mentioned he had an extra ticket. She'd said yes so quickly that he hadn't gotten to mention that Parkinson and her, whatever he was, may also be in attendance and sitting with them. Still, Quidditch was Quidditch.

With the ticket in hand, she made her way up the stairs that led to the skybox that was to hold their small awkward party. She wondered if Parkinson had shown or if she'd taken to Seamus' gift with the same distaste that seemed to have been aimed at her gift. Finally, she arrived and opened the door to find Seamus alone.

"Hullo," she announced as she entered. "I'm so glad you invited me."

Seamus was relieved to turn around and see Hannah entering the skybox. He gave her a very honest welcoming smile. “Well then, ‘tis glad I am you could make it then, lass.” He stayed over by the skybox view, which was really excellent and gestured for her to take the seat next to him if she wished. “Aye, lass the view here is deadly brill then. The match is about to begin, but the House-Elves will give you some lunch if you’ve a taste for it then lass.”

Seamus had already eaten. He’d arrived early and then been even sorrier that he’d given Pansy Parkinson the tickets. Well, it was not to be helped at this point. Besides, there was no need to talk during a Quidditch match, now was there?

Hannah tucked her hair behind her ear as she looked around. Glad to see that Seamus was still alone for the moment, she smiled brightly when he greeted her. Allowing the door to close behind her she took a few timid steps as she looked out the vast window. The view already looking quite spectacular. "I can tell that from here," she paused to take in the smaller scene before walking forward to take a seat beside him.

No sooner had she taken her seat than a house elf showed up with a bottle of butterbeer and and a plate of chips. She was amazed at how well they sensed her need. "Thank-you," she graciously told the creature. "A snack will definitely hit the spot."

Hannah took a seat and one of the House-Elves served her something to eat. Seamus was really too excited to eat, but he did have an Arthurs, of course. He was about to say something to Hannah when he could see that the match was about to start. He turned his full attention to the Pitch and watched in awe as the balls went up. From this vantage point, you could really see how the balls were bewitched. The Bludgers, bewitched to go after the nearest player, sprang into action. As for the Snitch, he wondered if you had the right kind of tracking glass if you could actually track it’s path from the time it was released until it was finally caught? He hoped not, he couldn’t help but feel that would lessen the game somehow. He loved the surprise of the snitch.

Once play was underway, he turned smiling towards Hannah. “Aye, lass, this Irishman is rooting for Puddlemere. Who’s your team in this one, then luv? Puddlemere or the Magpies?” He relaxed into his seat and took a quaff of his Arthurs.
