And I enjoyed that you didn't leave obvious clues about who it was. No 'pale beneath his freckles' or hints about how tall he would have been if not slumped over with fatigue and illness...

(My first guess was Sam who'd been Robo!Sam the first time around, so he doesn't recognize her even though she thinks she recognizes him. But either works!)

There's one bit ("I've been driving...") that would lead you to think it's Dean, but not for sure. I was going to make it more definite at first, then thought, no, leave it open, and we'll see what people end up assuming.

The backstory, though, is that she saw the news reports about their doppelgangers shooting up that diner a few months back.
