Original Poem & Fiction

Both of these are untitled.

This is a poem that I kind of deliriously wrote in the middle of the night a few years ago. I've been sitting on it until now, because I'm not the poetry type and it kind of weirded me out, but I think it's time.

James Mayer's first wife left him; he can't remember why... )

Wow, what an amazing thing to say! Hopefully I can keep you supplied for awhile, I'm having fun with these characters.

Oh my! I'm insanely intrigued! And I really, really love the poem (though I had to read it twice because I'm thick and the last line was an epic shock). This is excellent! I love the puppy thing.

Wasn't it a crazy-ass shocker? I had the same reaction when I was writing it, like "WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?????"

Good times. glad you like!!

That was... really... disturbing. Both the story and the poem. They both have a creepy feel to them, and I totally didn't see that ending coming with the poem. I was sure we'd find out that James killed Lucy and he keeps her body in a freezer or something. Good job! I can't wait to see what kind of fucked up family dynamics you'll have when you get your own TV show. XD

Sorry it took me so long to respond to this... I'm taking "disturbing" as a compliment on this one, I think. So thanks!
Hopefully there will be new additions soon, cause I took like a two-hour long walk listening to songs that remind me of the characters, and I've been living in their little world in my head since writing these. Which is kind of upsetting, because I did use to have my own life, but WHATEVER. At least this is a productive kind of crazy, right?

LOLOLOLOLOLOL. It may be all kinds of wrong, but I ~*~*~LOVE~*~*~ this!!! Seriously, it's strangely hilarious. I. LOVE. IT. DO. NOT. CHANGE. A. THING. Unless you wanna make it even more discomfiting. Because I could handle that.

OMG SO FUCKED UP AND SO FANTASTIC!

I already told you that I love the poem (I'm telling you, I got chills!), but the story make it all seem more disturbing. Yet I want to read more. I want to find out more about Lucy, and her twisted relationship with James. So really, the only "concrit" I have to give is I WANT MOAR! Unless if you only planned on leaving it as it is. Which is fine. Again, I'm glad you felt like sharing this, because I think that both the poem and story are awesome. I also wanted to note that I love Lucy's voicemail message. Even with the amount of information we've been given about her, I can already tell that it's so her.

Thanks! I was really happy with the voicemail message also, cause it just seems so right, you know? I was pretty satisfied with myself for thinking of it, I'm glad you noticed! And thanks for the lovely comments, I'll try to keep more story coming soonish.
