ugh FINALLY holy crap I am so sorry it took me way longer than anticipated, I need my own TARDIS to deal with real life x_X Okay this comment is um sort of... I had a thing open while I was reading and quoted bits and commented as I read so hopefully things make sense... XD;

Even after several years of traveling together, Koki still feels like Ueda has no clue about what he’s doing.

“Well, definitely more than forty eight,” Johnny says desperately. “Isn’t that alone suspicious? It’s like they breed them somewhere deep in Akihabara,” he goes on while Ueda points a sonic screwdriver at the magazine in Koki’s hand.

Ah, again, I'm glad you had fun reading this, since it was the main aim. Thank you for a fantastic comment because vdjk dv I was so anxious not to mess up with the intricate thing that is Doctor Who and with Kat-tun and I was wondering if this was okay. SO SO just yes for liking things and for being open to Kame inclusion and everything.

okay so my doctor who canon is severely outdated, but i didn't really need it because ueda is basically the perfect doctor EVER and if i ever watch the real show again, all i will think of is this fic. i love koki as the sidekick who mocks ueda endlessly but can't hit a girl, but most of all i love how you kept a lot of (je) canon elements in this universe. kame managing taguchi and nakamaru, how koki was a part of it before he left (and ended up going back to form ntt), kame wanting ueda to go back and give jin condoms, i found all of this really creative and inventive.

AND LOL FOREVER AT THE AKB VIXENS TAKING OVER THE COUNTRY. oh my god this is such a perfect conflict. i love everything about this plot, from the fail attempt at having ueda join them (where he focuses on his wig burning up instead of being discovered xD) to the final battle in the boxing ring where kame's swinging pigtails and harping about split ends.

everyone's characterization is amazing and idk if it's just me, but i really want ueda and kame together now. >.>

:D I liked this a lot.

My cousin made me watch two Doctor Who episodes once so I know only a little about the concept. But actually I like this probably more because I can't really compare. Another thing I sometimes don't like in AUs is the cannon references but in this they work wonders and I love everything from Nishikido hint to fairies and NTT and Ueda drinking wine and Jin's marriage (and how Koki can't hit girls/is a softie) and everything. And the plot is gorgeous. And Ueda as the Doctor is so wonderful and lovable too: I have a strange image of the doctor I saw a little, but the theatrical aspect and the consentrating on wrong things are so Ueda, too. And I have to comp Rio above: I so want KameDa now ._. (even when I started this fic wanting to read Ueda/Koki). Their dymanics here are so interesting :3

I'm glad canon references worked out. It's fun fitting things in and it might have been easier because basically, the rest of the world in this is the same.
