Excellent work. You got right inside Dick's head, showing exactly how he thinks things out and sees his behaviour.

This line made me spit coffee:

Dick had a very busy schedule when it came to women, and he didn’t have any time for pity-fucks.

Hysterical.

Beaver flying off the handle was precise and believable. He both struggles under the the tyrant that is Dick (pun intended), as well as makes all the important decisions.

I think you have pinned down their dynamic rather well, in an extreme fashion of course.

Eek. I fear for Mac. :)

Awww, I really enjoy your insightful comments. :)

Beaver is and always will be the one making the decisions, because know that one day he'll take over the world! But Dick just likes to think he's topping him. ;)

Hee. I do think Mac is as tough as these two. :)

Thank you so much and I'm seriously happy that you enjoyed it!

Oh my,what a story! How do they dispose of the body? How does no one (not even Sally's family?) notice that she's missing? And can you write a sequel of sorts where Beaver explains to Mac what the Sally comment meant? 'Cause at some point (maybe not the night of the carnival, but some point), she's gonna wonder who Sally is.

Heeee! So many questions! :)

Okay, I think Dick would suggest that they should dump the body somewhere, but Beaver being the clever one and all, he'd totally bury her somewhere. Probably after burning her to ashes. And Sally's family probably thought that she's gone missing, ran away with some guy, hoping that she'd come back. :)

So, I'm not planning to write a sequel for now, since I'm all tied up with all those challenges and another WIP to work on, so, yeah. But, who knows, right?

But, thank you so much for the interest and I'm glad you liked it!

Would you be adverse to me attempting to writing a sequel (of sorts) to this story? I'd like to try my hand at the Mac/Beaver interaction when she asks about Sally. I have no intention of him telling her about Sally, especially the Sally of your fic, but definitely want the rage!Beaver of your fic to make an appearance. Pls advise. Cheers!

P.S. We share the same beta.

Oh, sure, I'll be delighted. Heh. Speaking of angry!Beaver, I wrote this Beaver fic a while ago and I think that's the one helped my application for here to be accepted: An Eye For An Eye. (Ha. Self-pimping never ends.)

So, I'd go with Mac asking Veronica's help for this Sally thing and when Beaver finds out we all know nothing will ever be the same again. And I think I'd like angry!Beaver to show up after their first time sex. It'd be even more traumatizing for Mac. :)

OK, that's the best theory on the whole Sally thing I've ever heard. That was intense! Brilliant.

Eeek! Okay, so was not expecting that ending. Great job with Dick and Evil!Beaver. Except I hope he's not evil that way. Screwing over investors and Kendall, I have no problem with. ;-P

Yeah, I enjoy thinking of him as a white-collar criminal, though. :-P
