Hello there

Hope everyone is as good as they can be today.

May I ask a question?

Does anyone else get cold like symptoms where then are over tired?  For instance, at the moment I have swollen glands, a headache and a sore throat and I don't think it is a cold?

Absolutely. I've been pushing myself too far for about a week now, and I'm starting to get tender glands and a persistent headache. I've occasionally also gotten a sore-feeling throat but without the sneezing, coughing, congestion that would indicate a cold or flu.

I get that too, but it is allergies. Dust, mold, pollen.

Yes, but often those are allergy symptoms for me. A cold has different germy feeling I can't quite explain.

i get that way when things are really bad for me.

there's some evidence that CFS/fibro is an immune response (particularly after a virus, such as mono), so it makes a lot of sense that someone would have these immune symptoms.
