When I was first diagnosed (and first going to chat rooms!) I used to spend a lot of time over at www.fibrohugs.com

They have a chat room and all kinds of other resources, including a "good doctor list."

One thing I remember about the chat room is, we talked about general life stuff more than we talked about fibro stuff.
