Sleepies.. or not

Damn it! It's nearly 3am, & I am still awake.. Rob's been asleep since around 10.. This so sucks. I need sleep.. I just got up to grab a yogurt & figured I'd vent my frustrations..

At 1.30 I started doing stretching while in bed & then realized that would prolly keep me up more.. *sigh*

& it's back to bed I go!

insomnia, venting, fatigue, energy, yoga, food, sleep

If it helps any I was up playing video games while everyone else (including my Rob lol) slept until about 2am. Then I turned it off and just laid there for another hour or so. Gotta love the insomnia. *sigh*

My Rob actually woke up right at three & ushered me to bed.. I was asleep prolly a half hour later - I took another sleeping pill..

I took so many of my nighttime drugs (plus the extra vicodin I had) to try to get to sleep, and I did. Slept about 16 hours. Woke up feeling like I'd slept maybe 20 minutes.

Sigh.

I know the feelign - got kicked outta bed didn't feel like I'd slept at all..

oddly enough, stretching relaxes me, and sometimes I have to go to sleep right after (even if it's in the middle of the day)

it starts getign the blood pumping & my thinks I'm gonna go so something.. not good.. not when I wanna sleep.. a full proper session of Yoga will help put me to sleep, but not a bit of stretching..
