It was a late hour when night finally chased the light from the sky, ready to reign once more. The vampires were growing hungry and in need of errant humans to stalk. All should choose wisely where they roam and learn from those who fell before them.

Unless you're planning on scaling the walls, this is the only place to get in or out of the dorms. A running list of the deceased is displayed prominently along the lobby's walls, both in remembrance, and as a way for everyone to check for new names before inviting anyone else inside. Now that the sun is down, be sure to pay attention to who's at the doors.

Fraser was still in the lobby, having been heartened to know that Wade was here and was the Wade he knew. If his healing talent was still prevalent, he'd be advantageous to the survivors here.

Gavin didn't want to be in town tonight. It was too far from the dorms, too far from the blood he so desperately wanted to draw tonight. So, he was skulking around the school, lurking in shadows and just waiting.

Another night, another go at the old cop's hangout. Ray was startin' to like it here.

The chance of impending Fraser visit was just a bonus, really. He'd already gotten a snack outta some poor teenager trying to steal out into the night to get across town (what kind of an idiot thought cop central was going to be a safe place after dark, anyway) but hell, there was always more to be found.

So he squatted against the building, humming some old rock tune.

Tonight, Sookie wanted to put herself back against a more familiar backdrop. The beach had been fun, sure, but the park ensured that she'd be near trees, and grass, and she was so much more comfortable playing in those than on sand.

Beside, sand got everywhere, and when you were feeding, getting it between your teeth was a big ol' mess to try and get out.

So tonight found Sookie perched lightly in a tree, her mind open. She'd had so much fun with the boy last night, she hoped someone else might come play with her.

Griff appeared in the park and sat to swing on the swingset. "Nice evening for it." He had to at least try to figure out if she was friend or foe before attacking, right?

Many of the building's rooms have been converted for personal use, for those who are loyal to Zoe and Willow and who have proven that they can survive for more than just a few nights.

The main room of the town hall, where meetings were once held, has been converted to a common area, for socializing, planning, and lounging. It's possible that some nostalgia for the dorm's common rooms went into the decoration and setup of the space.

Tyler had located a book -- an episode guide to Wendy the Werewolf Stalker, if you must know - and was arrayed over the arms of a chair in the common room. Hiding in plain sight seemed the safest option until he could meet back up with Algren and Tony.
