Silent Hill - Day 1 - Night Post
As night starts to fall, Silent Hill gets colder and darker, but no less difficult to breathe in. Someplace to camp for the night that's inside, not surrounded by broken glass doors, and away from the packs of stray dogs in the streets would be a good idea.
Up the road a bit is a large building that looks comparatively un-charred. The sign reads Midwich Elementary School. The doors are metal, not glass, and while one of them hangs half off its hinge, the place still looks safer than most of the businesses that have already been explored.
Inside, the halls are a mess, scattered with papers and school supplies, lockers rusting, paint cracked and peeling. As an unexpected bonus, though, the air is fairly low on fumes; the smell is still there, but there won't be any coughing fits if someone takes a mask off.
