I think the green tones are very nice. The green in the background seems to bring out the pink in his cheeks.
(I guess it's because I'm silly, but) I'm imagining him using that caduceus as a weapon. It looks heavy and it'd probably hurt to get smacked with it! ^^;

I love his sleeves! Well done. And working with the caduceus and the solidor dragons, having them conflate like that, is really beautiful.

This looks like it was a lot of work! I like how Larsa looks very serious, which is appropriate for the Hierophant. And yes, agreed with what mithrigil said about the caduceus and the solidor emblem: excellent idea! Also, I like how Larsa is stepping out of the border (his elbows and the caduceus overlap the border) --- that makes the picture feel very dynamic. So nice!
