So I was going to seeThe Last Airbender for the lulz, but apperantly the movie is too depressingly bad to even laugh at. This makes me sad. I wasn't expecting a good movie at all, but I thought something would salvage it at least a little. I mean, I like to mock things but if the reviews are any indication, the movie crosses beyond the mocklands

Honestly, I was willing to post judgment until after my own view of it. But God, for once, every single bashing remark and scathing review is 100% absolutely freaking true.
It was a train wreck that you did want to look away from. It was like a very, very bad LARP with CGI effects. Not a single role stood out. In fact, you would have gotten more emotion and personality if they had performed the entire movie using paper dolls. It's a sad, sick joke on the beautiful, compelling, hilarious, and multi-layered story that the series actually is. I felt like standing up and yelling, friends! Please do not judge the story based on this man-made Hollywood disaster! This is NOT the real Avatar: The Last Airbender ... this is some overzealous, egotistical, melodramatic fool's desperate grasp at regaining exposure. But oh, I hope after this that the man goes far, far away and re-focus on what stood him out in the beginning of his career ( ... )
