What a pleasant day :)

Ah, Christmas. I love it so. Sam came over so we could all exchange presents. I got a big stuffed Patrick Star (from SpongeBob SquarePants)! He's so cute! I was holding him and hugging him all day. I think I'm in love. :) I just call him my Big Patrick. He's the size of a pillow. He could probably even be used as a pillow, but I wouldn't do that. ( Read more... )

Eeee, Little Miss Sunshine! Love that movie so much. I asked for that for Christmas, but my birthday's in like six weeks so I'll probably get it then (unless I end up breaking down and buying it myself :p)

Dad and Sam

I must be way too into Supernatural, because I read that as Dean and Sam and was really freaking confused for a minute there... ("she knows two guys named Dean and Sam? She got 'Dean and Sam' presents? Does she have a computer or something named after the Winchesters?") :P I really need to learn how to read more carefully.

My cats love this time of year too. One of them in particular, for some reason, loves to lay under the tree, and rather than playing with the wrapping paper, she'll come and sit right on top of it. My other one does love playing in the empty boxes, though :)

Ha! But you know what is kinda funny? Something that Clex noticed before I ever had. My two brothers' names are Jesse and Sam, and we often call Jesse just Jess for short. Jess and Sam. ;)

I do know a guy named Dean, but not well enough to get him a present, and he unfortunately does not hang out with my brother Sam. That would be so weird.

I could not wait to see Little Miss Sunshine. It's such a great cast. They all do fantastic jobs and are so believable as this oddball family. I love how close the grandpa and Olive were. Oh, and I laughed so hard at "Where's your grandpa? Is he here?" "He's in the trunk of our van."
