Another "eccentric" turning his house into a recording studio. That's almost as boring as people who make tongue-in-cheek remarks about exciting DIY projects.

Well, I had planned to turn my place into a bordello, but I was afraid the girls' former pimp might steal all of the stuff in my house and I'd drown my dad's red Porsche. Besides, I'm too busy applying to Princeton & hanging out with my friends on the Lake Michigan shore.

If I speed-read that, I get a nice juxtaposition of bordellos and Princeton.
