Ah, I love Prince Kheldar, Silk, from David Eddings' Belgariad/Mallorean series. Quick, just the right amount of sarcastic, and has a wonderful view on mornings

I'm a **HUGE** fan of the Belgariad/Mallorean books. I just finished re-reading them again, and I'm on the Belgarath book (to be followed by Polgara, of course). Silk is one of my favorites, although I must say I bawl like a baby every time Vella and Beldin fly away together. *wistful sigh, sniff*

[And of course my white streak is a nod to Polgara, not any comic book character. *grin*]
