She wanted to be like Sabe, the Queen's double, so much. But her fate was to be the quiet one, who held the train, who guarded the rear. The Queen didn't depend on her like she did the others-- like she did Sabe.
Sometimes, in her dormitory cot, she would remember them kissing, and her hand would steal between her legs, and her thumb would creep into her mouth, and her breaths would come fast and hot over her wrist. She was Sabe, then, for a while.
