Generally speaking, yes you're correct. The point of this drabble however would be that Subaru wasn't able to save some people on one of her missions, she's taking it hard, and Tiana saw it. So.

Tiana is tsuntsun MOST of the time, but the deredere does exist. :p

Oh, and watch Nanoha already. Worth the trouble. XD
