GiftsSummary: Ginny wonders about different gifts.
Ginny sometimes wonder what she would get Pansy for her birthday if they were in an actual relationship.
Would it be a new silver and green robe, symbolizing the house that identified the other woman so much? Or perhaps she would get her a new book from Flourish and Blotts... was Pansy even into books? Ginny had never asked, or even cared enough to find out.
Maybe those were too basic and didn't sell any feelings whatsoever? She could try with more classic, romantic stuff... like flowers, chocolates, or maybe a golden necklace, like the one Lavender got Ron... ok, maybe not something as ridiculous but still...
Well, that would be the case, she thinks, if they actually were in a relationship. But they weren't; they just fooled around sometimes, and Ginny was more than happy with doing that. Because perhaps she wouldn't get Pansy clothes or a book or flowers... but she could make her scream her name during the nights when the two of them were alone, and that itself was, she thinks, the best gift she could come up with, and Pansy surely wasn't complaining about it.
