One more before the new year...

Hard to believe that tomorrow will be 2010.  It seems like 2000 wasn't so long ago... I wonder if people from the late 1800s felt the same way, like the change to 1900 was this big old milestone, and then had to get used to the fact that the years would KEEP coming, even after the next century arrived.

Wow... roasted pheasant! Where do you even get one? I only know people hunt for it but do they sell in the supermarket?

Yes, they do have it at our supermarket (Cub)... and no plucking or dressing required! : ) It was with the other birds--turkey, chicken, etc. They even had goose!
