One more before the new year...
Hard to believe that tomorrow will be 2010. It seems like 2000 wasn't so long ago... I wonder if people from the late 1800s felt the same way, like the change to 1900 was this big old milestone, and then had to get used to the fact that the years would KEEP coming, even after the next century arrived.
Accomplishments this year:
Got married
Got married without losing my mind
Moved in with Glen, got mostly used to living together
Got a super special awesome promotion
Improved bassooning
I don't know if I have any real goals for 2010. I feel like I'm in a good place in my life--and trust me, I feel VERY fortunate about that. Glen and I both have good jobs, health insurance, a nice place to live, family who care about us... And I feel especially lucky to be married to such a wonderful man--I couldn't ask for a better partner and friend.
Tonight Glen and I are going to stay in--I'm making roasted pheasant with wild rice stuffing! Happy New Year all : )
