No, he won't. Clark was in Metropolis when Lana called, talking to the police department's press official about the week in crime for the police notes section he's been running for three weeks, but he's currently making his way back to Smallville. He doesn't even stop at his own house, merely bypasses it in favor of the next property over. He doesn't know what's happened, but after picking up the stress in her voice, he's kind of prepared for anything. He thinks.

"Lana?" Boyscout calling.

She swallows a little, trying to organize her thoughts and calm herself enough to get this out. It's going to be just as hard to tell him as it was to tell Dean.
