I totally know what you mean. I have over fifty unfinished stories or ideas that have been stewing on my hard drive so I figured I'd just finish the shorter ones first to clear it out of the way. I hate when I get an idea for a long fic and I know I wouldn't do it justice and I'd never get it finished.
Also, I loved Ultimate Gay Test verse and I wouldn't say no to daddy!Jensen cause I'm a big old sap. :)

“Jesus. You still haven’t made up your mind? Ok. You can’t be with a girl if you’re bi and in love with a guy.”
He sighs. “I know. I know that, Meg. I’m just… I don’t like being alone.”
“You have two dogs and a perfectly good right hand.”
“Meg! I’m not gonna have sex with my dogs!”
He can practically hear her rolling her eyes. “Sometimes I wonder how you manage to walk and talk at the same time with such a small brain, JT. The dogs make sure you’re not alone. You can figure out for yourself what you’re supposed to do with your right hand.”
You know, anything is possible, old fics can come to life. That's at least the reason why I keep around most of my attempts and unfinished fics.
And I like the idea of the fic with Sam and all the Jensen!characters. Also am intrigued by the existence of more In a Mirror Distorted and Indistinct.
I know what you mean too. I have two WIP I really need to finish because I made the mistake of posting them before they were completed, and now I have readers wanting updates and no muse to finish them any time soon. I hate when that happens.
Oh man, I've done that. That's pretty much why I've stopped posting unless it's completely finished and I can deliver it all at once. I hate that I left people hanging. But it's not like you can actually program your brain to do what you want. *sighs*
I know, and I hate that too. I know I need to wait until my fics are complete before I start sharing, but I'm always so anxious for feedback, I always give in.
I hear you. And I wish I didn't waste the time I have just hanging on the internet doing nothing because my brain refuses to commit. IT's so damn frustrating.
HEy braintwin wanna send them across to me and maybe I can find a way out of the corner you painted yourself into? we've been on pretty much on the same wavelength all the way through your fics so maybe i can find a new angle for you to think over..... *ok its a transparent way to read the unfinnished fics LOL* no, really, you never know where a fresh set of eyes might help.
You dont have to take them onboard but maybe they could spark a related idea that would work :D Thats what I do with jdsampson :D we plot and try and find ways around the roadblocks we have pushed in front of us LOL....annnnd i get to read more felis :D
