Of course when I finally have something to post about LJ won't let me in for three days. Couldn't see my friends page or anything. Bah

I haven't seen Iron Man 3 or Star Trek yet, either, but I've been avoiding spoilers. I like to be surprised.
Sounds like the playwriting workshop was looking for people to get Artsy rather than necessarily people who are Really Good Writers. Not that I mind a bit of surrealism, myself. In fact, I kind of adore Eugene Ionesco... but he was a good playwright who happened to express himself surrealistically, not someone who thinks just putting weird stuff together constitutes Art.
Thank you! It has been great fun preparing that. And then it was done I was kinda... what now?
I still haven't seen Star Trek but there's no way to go look at pretty pics of anything on Tumblr without stumbling over spoilers. *sighs* I'm hoping hubby will have time sometime this week but I'm not holding my breath.
Yeah, it really felt that way. Maybe they think it's more interesting than just plain ol' storytelling. I don't know. I still want to finish my play, I think it could actually be a good children's play. It's all about diversity and prejudice and acceptance. And, you know, weird creatures with antlers. What's not to love? :)
Prepare for some pretty awesome scenes, if you haven't watched it already.
Thank you! It should be in book shops today. There was some problem with filling out the paper work for orders so they didn't get it into the shops before the weekend.
Well, I think I'm going to try and get some fresh air while I'm doing my walking, think that's probably gonna be more healthy for someone like me who hardly gets out of the house. But if I do find myself craving gym time, yours will be my first stop. :)
Thank you! Ah no, this is a group project my class was doing so it's a collection of stories and poetry from 13 writers, me included. And it's in Icelandic so probably not gonna be much fun for non-Icelanders. lol
Loved the finale and IM3, still haven't seen Star Trek. Hopefully soon though.
I've been very good, if I say so myself. Have gone walking for 30+ minutes every day, except last Saturday. I keep track on them on mapmywalk.com so that's motivating, seeing those kilometers add up. Also it really helps to have something to listen to that I actually look forward to hearing. Cabin PRessure is so much fun. Like now, I haven't gone out today and I'm itching to know what happens next. I really recommend it. :)

Loved both Iron Man 3 and the new Star Trek, especially the latter. Great movies. And the SPN season finale? OMG. Incredible!
Best of luck with the walking. I should be doing the same thing.
