HUGS!!!! On a sad note, depending on where you live, fleas can be carried in on shoes, etc. by people. We fight them all the time.

Of course you kicked righteous ass. That little weasel boy is going to be so sorry he didn't do what he was supposed to do. Heh, heh.

Feel better soonest. I'm sending a Comfort!Gilesbot to feed you soothing things and hold your hair back if necessary. He'll even clean house for you, because he enjoys it.

What? A girl can dream.

good for you! arliss April 24 2013, 17:06:50 UTC
Oh, I wish he had been there so you could have seen his face. But yay for you! Not like any of us ever doubted you.

Ew, so sorry about the flu-stuff. Could it be related to the itchy spots? Something you ate that *really* didn't like you, would be my first guess.

Second guesses would be contact allergy with the upholstery (full-body lying down, vs. just sitting)--not likely, but a possibility. Or fleas, which are tricksy fuckers and difficult to get rid of. And I hate to mention it, but the red itchy spots sound suspiciously like...bedbugs? Which can hitch a ride in on anything and are the devil incarnate to get rid of. I hope that's not it. Fleas are easier. And a food allergy would be easiest of all to avoid. I hope you solve it quickly and don't have to deal with the itchies for long.
