First off I want to thank everyone for the well wishes to my girl. She's only limping a little bit now and she can't really sit on her butt because it's so bruised but other than that she's fine and in good spirits. Well, she has a bad cold but otherwise.. She's spent today lying on her stomach in bed, watching Littlest Pet Shop videos on YouTube.

Hey there - just skimming the flist because I'm a few days behind and bogged down with festive stuff, but skimming also means poor reading skills. I could I sworn you'd written that you were knitting a 'baklava' (which, if you didn't know, is a Turkish dessert made from pastry, nuts and honey) and I thought "Now there're some serious knitting skills!". Must learn to read both fast and well...

Haha, well actually it did say baklava at first but I fixed it within a few minutes when I realized I'd left out the 'la'. Maybe you happened to see it then? On the other hand I'm never sure whether it's supposed to be written with a c or a k. Hmm...
