Just the buildings, not so much the Tree. Sections 1 and 2 took the most damage, if I remember correctly, as well as some freestanding buildings on the islands.

As may be expected. Would it then be possible to use any vacant apartments in Section 3, perhaps even 4, as temporary shelters? The absence of monsters seems a considerable advantage.

If I were to use the apartments for anything, I'd personally choose to have them house belongings rather than people themselves. Mainly due to the risk of people running out of supplies before the evacuation is over.

There are a good deal of materials in the Yard that'd be useful for securing homes. I'm sure we could deposit some by the Access Point for general public use.
