Just the buildings, not so much the Tree. Sections 1 and 2 took the most damage, if I remember correctly, as well as some freestanding buildings on the islands.
As may be expected. Would it then be possible to use any vacant apartments in Section 3, perhaps even 4, as temporary shelters? The absence of monsters seems a considerable advantage.
If I were to use the apartments for anything, I'd personally choose to have them house belongings rather than people themselves. Mainly due to the risk of people running out of supplies before the evacuation is over.
And creatures other than people? [Have an arrow down to Apple's comment on the animals.] The possible effects of the present Wilderness on true animals concern me; perhaps a baseless concern, but one we can hardly afford to test.
Krile and I will help Apple with the animals in his shelter. The farmworkers have always handled the livestock, so if you're concerned, you can always see if they need any assistance.
